Vertical Shaft sand-making machine is called compound crusher for short. lt is a non-sieve and adjustable fine crushing equipment which is optimized and designed on the basis of the advanced domestic fine crushing equipment,it can be widely used in the fine crushing of raw materials and clinker in cement factories, as well as in the fine crushing of medium hardness materials such as dolomite,coke gem, lead-zinc ore, serpentine, blast furnace slag, coal gangue, phosphate rock, etc., therefore, the compound crusher is especially suitable for hard limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt and other artificial sand or highway pavement stone processing and crushing. Compound crusher instead of Hubei crusher for crushing, and then the material into the bucket elevator, and then transported to the mill for grinding, the effect is also very good.

How it works

Materials are delivered by machine. The upper part falls vertically into the high-speed rotating impeller. Under the action of the high-speed Centrifugal Force, the material around the impeler which is difused with another partin the shape of an umbrella will be impacted and crushed at high speed, will be in between the impeller and the casing material to form a vortex of many times of mutual impact, friction and grinding,from the lower straight discharge,forming a closed loop many times, control by screening equipment to achieve the required size of the finished product, Main application: compound crusher is suitable for crushing limestone, clinker,coaand other ores in building material, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry. lts compressive strength is not more than 140 MPA andhumidityis not more than 15%.
