Copper rice machine, also known as waste wire and cable crushing, sorting and recycling equipment, is a device used for crushing and separating copper and plastic from waste copper wire. Due to the fact that the separated copper resembles rice grains, it is called a copper rice machine and belongs to the category of resource recycling and environmental protection machinery. The copper rice machine consists of a feeding conveyor, a fully automatic crusher, separation, dust collection, iron removal, screening, and other equipment. It only requires one person to feed and can be produced with optional shredders, electrostatic separators, and wet water selection equipment to improve production efficiency and net collection rate.
Product Usage: Suitable for automobiles and motorcycles a storage battery car. Dismantling miscellaneous wires such as computer cables, communication cables, and household appliances, as well as various fine and miscellaneous copper wires that are not suitable for wire stripping and machining.

Production Process Introduction:

First, use a shredder to shred the wire into about 3cm, then use a knife crusher to further crush the wire, peel off the plastic and copper, and the crushed material enters the airflow sorting bed through a conveyor for sorting plastic and copper. The plastic wire skin copper powder is then sent to the supporting high-voltage electrostatic sorting machine or wet water sorting equipment for secondary sorting, improving the recovery rate of copper powder and obtaining greater economic value. The use of pulse dust collection equipment effectively controls dust overflow, with a dust removal efficiency of up to 99%, ensuring no dust pollution in production.
